Trickl is based on the work of BJ Fogg, a behaviour scientist at Stanford University and author of Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything. His Fogg Behaviour Model — B = MAP (Motivation, Ability, Prompt) — forms the foundation of how Trickl helps you think about and design lasting change.
